The Hirsch Hot Toddy

Ingredients:

2 oz Hirsch the Horizon Whiskey

1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz to 1 TBSP honey to taste

4-6 oz hot water

Garnish: a lemon slice, a cinnamon
stick, cloves

Instructions:

Warm the mug: Pour boiling water into your mug or glass and let it site for a minute to warm the glass. Discard the water.

Combine the ingredients: in the warm mug add the Hirsch Whiskey. honey and lemon juice. Add the hot water and stir until the honey is completely dissolved. Add your desired garnish. Sip slowly and enjoy it while it is hot.
