Sicaru'

Sicaru' means "beautiful" in Zapotec, and this cocktail earns the name. Convite Mezcal Una' is shaken with Green Chartreuse, absinthe, fresh lemon and grenadine, then finished with a sprig of rosemary for a drink that's herbal, bright and quietly complex. This October, we're featuring Una' in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month: every bottle of Una' imported into the U.S. helps fund breast cancer treatment in Mexico through FUCAM.

1 oz Mezcal Una

3/4 oz Chartreuse

1/2 oz Absinthe

1/2 oz grenadine

3/4 oz lemon juice

 Put all the ingredients in a shaker with some ice. Shake and pour into a glass through a strainer. To finish, decorate with rosemary and put on top of the glass.
