This Single Pot Still is truly hand-crafted. Our wooden mash tun brings together locally sourced malted and unmalted barley that help create a Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey reflecting the craft, character, and community which makes Dingle unique. Bottled at 46.5% and non-chill filtered.

Aroma: Gentle baking spices, nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice
Palate: Velvety notes of cooked dark fruits, brown sugar, and spiced stewed apples.
Finish: Classic Pot Still spices evolving into toasted oak, soft honey and lingering note of nutmeg.
