The fourth release in the Celtic Wheel Series.  Matured in first-fill Bourbon casks before a long finish in Widow Jane Casks. Distilled, matured and bottled at Dingle Distillery.

Aroma: Ripe red berries, warm salted caramel tart, lemon sherbert and creamy butter fudge.
Palate: Barley sugar with a pinch of spice, Bakewell tart, hints of dark chocolate laced with raspberries and creamy butter toffee.
Finish: Ginger and spice create a warm glow which dissipates leaving dark fruits and caramel notes.
