Produced from 100% torontel grapes at the historic Bodega San Isidro in Peru’s Ica Valley. Production is done in a traditional manner using pot-distilled using alembic copper stills. Torontel has strong floral character with aromas of jasmine and magnolia.

Aroma: White and purple flowers such as jasmine and lilacs, complimented with citrus blossoms, lemon grass, meyer lemon, dark berry fruit.
Palate: Light peach, apricot, lemon, dark berries, plush black raisins, hints of licorice, lavender and white pepper.
Finish: Velvet texture, soft, light and exquisite lingering floral notes.
