Made from 100% Italia grapes, a close relative to the Muscat grape family, this is a favorite among piscos for its aromatic floral qualities and overall sweetness. All the grapes are sourced from the Ica Valley and undergo a full fermentation before distillation in small batches on a copper pot still. No water or other additives are added.

Aroma: Extremely complex, with a wide variety of aromas to honey suckle, rose petals, hibiscus, tropical fruits, mango, passion fruit, melon, ripe pineapple, citrus notes.
Palate: Guava, passion fruit, melon, honey dew, pineapple, green apple, honey, golden raisin.
Finish: Well structured, balanced, smooth, lingering, sophisticated and sensual.
